SANTA MESA – Investigators are looking into a fire at a home in the town of Santa Mesa. Emergency crews were called to the scene at two in the morning when a neighbor noticed the blaze.

No victims were found inside and the authorities have been unable to contact the owners of the property. A witness noticed a suspicious vehicle driving by the home earlier in the day.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, although one official believed arson was the reason they want the investigation to conclude before going on record.
